“I write this to compliment you on the home care services Country Mile provides for my parents, Ron and Beryl in Eaton, WA. Each visit, the carer goes out of her way to provide whatever they need at the time. She is happy to do the shopping, the cleaning, the washing, or make phone calls for them, or drive them to appointments or just listen/talk to them. She most recently helped them buy a new flat-pack bedroom cupboard, then arranged for it to be delivered and assembled it herself. I should add that Mum has Dementia and Dad isn’t very mobile, so they can sometimes take some coaxing to go out. We’ve also had another Country Mile carer provide emergency care for Mum last year. I only met her for a short while, but she showed the same kind, accommodating and professional characteristics as our regular carer. It’s my opinion that Country Mile’s staff selection, training and management must be first-rate and so probably all the staff are well qualified and similarly professional. I look forward to your ongoing support for Mum and Dad.”
